Referral Fees Diastole Wealth Management may enter into agreements with third parties that will solicit new business on behalf of Diastole Wealth Management. In these cases, Diastole Wealth Management will compensate said third parties for their services and the arrangement will fully disclosed to the client pursuant to Rule 206(4) of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. Furthermore, the total fee paid by the client will not be affected by this arrangement.
