Managed Accounts Program Diastole will provide clients of independent financial advisors, financial planners, Certified Public Accountants and other Registered Investment Advisors with access to independent investment advisors through its managed accounts program. In these cases the Registered Investment Advisors will receive the consulting fee mentioned previously in this brochure. In accordance with Section 3(a)-4 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, Diastole Wealth Management may also contractually delegate the duty to render the administrative services to another party. In such cases, the administrative fee will be paid to that other party.
